Ndali Vanilla | Ndali
Estate is a 1000 acre mixed tropical farm, located near the crater
lakes and volcanoes of Western Uganda, in the foothills of the Mountains
of the Moon. Specialising in premium bourbon-style vanilla beans for
the gourmet market Ndali grow, cure, export and distribute whole vanilla
beans. Being both vanilla growers and processors, Ndali understand
vanilla inside out.
Ndali vanilla is high in vanillin - averaging 2.2% on a dry basis. Because Ndali grow their vanilla at relatively high altitudes, the beans take longer to mature and their vanillin (vanilla flavour) tends to be more concentrated. Ndali vanilla is Fairtrade (FLO) certified. |
