Delivery Schedule: We will despatch your order ri-ght away which you should receive within 5 business days. If there are any issues with temporary out of stocks we will contact you by telephone or email. International orders are generally received in under 10 days subject to credit clearance.

Delivery Charges: Delivery is free for all orders to mainland UK over £20. All deliveries to mainland UK with a total value of under £20 will be charged £5. If delivery details prove to be incorrect, are changed once the order has been despatched, or the delivery is returned to us undelivered and has to be sent out again we reserve the right to charge for the additional delivery costs incurred. If you would like orders to be despatched outside mainland UK please e-mail info@fmfoods.co.uk for a delivery quote.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Problems: If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with one of our products then please contact us within 30 days with evidence of the problem and we will investigate further and respond within 5 working days.

If you would like to exchange the product or get a refund please return the case to us, within fourteen days of receipt.
