Security: We use oneandone as our shop development and host for the site. Information about their company can be found at www.oneandone.co.uk. They use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which provides a layer of privacy between computer connections and an encryption process. The shops sub domain is set up on a
proxy SSL server which encrypts transactions. The payments are then accepted by Worldpay who also follow an encryption process. The reason the pages do not appear at first sight to be encrypted is because they use the www.tropicalwholefoods.co.uk address as a mask (we use this on the whole site). The actual addresses of the shop pages take the form https://sslrelay.com/s101858654.oneandoneshop.co.uk/
In order to see this for yourself when you get to the page where it says enter your credit card details click your righthand mouse button and then click on properties. The URL address is the actual page address. Orders can also be made by cheque payable to FM Foods Ltd.
Your password to access our Site, which you select if you chose to register, should never be shared with anyone and should be changed frequently. And, after you have finished using our Site, you should log off and exit your browser so no unauthorized persons can use our Site with your name and account information.
