We have collected and concocted these recipes for Tropical Wholefoods over the last ten years. A good number of them have been given to us by friends of Tropical Wholefoods (click on link to the left). Recipe Competition 2008!

Fairtrade Fortnight kicked off on 25th February and we thought this would be an ideal time to hold our annual recipe competition! This competition has been going strong for years and we've received some really innovative, exciting and delicious recipes, so look forward to doing the same again this year. We have our own team members volunteer to cook these recipes (always great fun!) and we all have a taste and vote for our favourites. The winning entry will receive a Tropical Wholefoods gift basket overflowing with our dried fruits, vegetables and snack bars and runners up will get a good selection of products as well. Everyone who enters the competition will get a prize as a thank you for taking part.
