Fawcett: Co-founder of Fullwell Mill. Peter has been
a director of Fullwell Mill since 1992, he is responsible for
running the factory and the financial side of the business.
In his spare time he partakes in numerous sporting activities

Manager. She enjoys
spending her free time with

Sebag: Co-founder of Tropical Wholefoods and Marketing
Director of Fullwell Mill Ltd. Kate has worked in the development
of fair trade food businesses in Uganda and Burkina Faso, and
extensively in the development of Tropical Wholefoods mainstream

Vicky
Ellison : Vicky
works as Customer Relations Officer and will most likely be
the one helping you with any problems. Vicky loves spending
time with her two sons and husband, shopping, eating out and
socializing. She also rides a motorbike and loves watching lost
and prison break. |

Richard
Friend: Co-founder of Fullwell Mill. Richard is a food
scientist with fifteen years of experience in the British food
industry, he has also worked in Pakistan, India, Ghana, Uganda
and Zimbabwe.He is currently spending much of his spare time
on a local woodland project but also enjoys walking his dog

Rachel
Gurak: Rachel works
as Sales and Marketing Manager with
Fullwell Mill. She has previously trained in radio and television
broadcasting and in her spare time
volunteers for hospital radio.

King: Michelle works as Resource Manager and is responsible
for the day to day running of the office, human resources, managing
wages, purchasing and purchase ledger. In Michelle’s spare
time she enjoys socialising, travelling, football and is an
avid Sunderland supporter. |

Booth: Mark is
responsible for overseeing
that all production targets
are met, and managing the
production team. He is also
involved in NPD. He likes
motorbikes. |

Hetherington: Karen
is responsible for designing, updating and maintaining the Tropical
Wholefoods website. She is also responsible for systems development
and auditing within the company. In her spare time she likes

McRae: John works
as Resouce Administrator at Fullwell Mill. He is responsible
for the office administration, processing payroll and assisting
the accounts department. In his spare time he enjoys playing
in a band, cycling and going nice places with his lovely girlfiend.
